Senior officials of the Ministry of #Decentralization and #Local#Development are in #Buea for the sixth edition of the Goal Setting Workshop of their organization. Under the supervision of Minister Georges Elanga Obam, all Directors and Regional Delegates will defend their roadmaps for the year 2025. Reflections will also focus on the new laws on local taxation and civil status registration as well as socio-economic development of Regional and Local Authorities. Other important presentations will be done by General Managers of State Corporations run under the supervision of MINDDEVEL (#FEICOM, #BUNEC and #NASLA).
On arrival yesterday January 19, Minister Elanga and his delegation were received by the Governor of the South West Region, the President of the South West Regional Assembly, the Mayor of Buea and the Member of Parliament of #Buea Urban constituency.
